Hi Thomas,
Following the doc does work - note they are specifying Jetty 9.2. This is exactly what I have running locally.
I am not sure if anything has changed in the 9.3 release that would confuse these settings but that might be the case.
Also have you included the x-forwardedfor configuration as well?
Are you seeing the IdP actually startup? check your idp-process.log
I still need to upgrade to the 9.3 container but 9.2 seems to work well for now.
