As the main issue seems to be more about finding the documentation than the actual documentation content, I think it's a bit difficult to browse the wiki to find such informations. I would recommend such maintenance documentation to be placed directly in the Git repo with the code, even inside the bundle folder as a standardish file like CONTRIBUTING.md.
