eclipse.jdt Committers,
Philippe Mulet has declared that Mike Wilson (mcq) is an active committer
on this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

Though not seen as active by the infrastructure, in his platform PMC role,
Mike has been contributing significantly to JDT, and thus I want his
activity to be recognized.
