[jdt-dev] Run compiled eclipse

Hi all,
I just downloaded source (cvs fetch dist) and managed to compile eclipse,
I'd like to things now:

1. run it
2. have an entry point reference to add commands to the source menu (if 
I manage to do that well, I'd post the patches...)
