[january-dev] January Initial Contribution has been approved

Hi January folk,

Some great news. The initial contribution of the Eclipse January
project has been approved![1]

I have already started working on the merged git repository[2] that
preserved all the history from the input projects. Please have a look
if you get a chance.

Next steps is to get releng in place so we can start building January
and consuming it from other science projects.
