[jakartaee-tck-dev] Current porting lib replacement proposal

As defined in the https://github.com/jakartaee/platform-tck/issues/1355 issue, a missing piece of the JavaTest to Arquillian porting effort is the SPI for vendors to augment test deployments. I have updated the issue with a proposal for a new TestArchiveProcessor interface that would be made available to the test static deployment method. Take a look at that and let's discuss it in tomorrow's call.
