I'm not entirely sure either what the specific action here is, other than continuing the work we're doing for Authorization (update for M2, add TCK tests to project, update spec document).

I don't understand the job-to-be-done here. Can you please update the description of JEA-345 and create child Task work items, if you judge it necessary, to track the job-to-be-done?
