Re: [jakartaee-platform-dev] [DISCUSS] Include Jakarta MVC in EE 11

Given that we just voted on allowing backwards incompatible changes in
3.0 without an intervening release based on the fact that MVC would
not be in the platform, this discussion seems to be a non-starter.
