[jakartaee-platform-dev] Requirements around JPMS
This is an issue we have kicked down the road ineffectively and now have a requirement to run on a version of Java SE that is based on JPMS without having a coherent JPMS architecture statement. The current mix of automatic, unnamed and modularized APIs jars is a bad situation that needs to be fixed for EE10.
