Wave 5 specifications - mentors are encouraged to get the remaining 2 ballots underway ASAP (Servlet, Pages)
Waves 6 and 7 specifications - all have PRs and are ready for mentors to commence review and ballots underway

Ed provided an update, the overall release is tracking to plan
Remove the need to haunting about the review checklist and task lists and remove the manual process by updating the Release Review PR Template (here) [Emily]
