[jakarta.ee-spec] Could one of the Specifications Committee members please promote CDI TCK 4.0.13 which improves running the CDI 4.0 TCK on Java 21
Hi,

Could one of the Specification Committee members please merge https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/692 and promote the CDI TCK 4.0.13 release?  The CDI TCK 4.0.13 release is available via https://download.eclipse.org/ee4j/cdi/4.0/cdi-tck-4.0.13-dist.zip and I think could be staged from there (last promotion was done via https://ci.eclipse.org/jakartaee-spec-committee/job/promote-release/290/parameters with https://download.eclipse.org/ee4j/cdi/4.0/cdi-tck-4.0.12-dist.zip).
