Re: [jakarta.ee-spec] [BALLOT] Plan Review for Jakarta Concurrency 3.1

+1 Red Hat, but we will be pushing for minimal if not dropping support
for virtual threads in the EE11 time frame due to issues we have
raised on the associated concurrency issues.
