Every committer of every EE4J project can simply enable this for his team. Just use it if you find it usefule. -Markus From: jakarta.ee-community-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jakarta.ee-community-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Werner Keil Sent: Dienstag, 28. Although the button "Create a Project" seems enabled even on the EE4J top level, I would refrain from declaring anything there myself. That is up to either the Spec Committee or other bodies who define a new work stream like Jakarta EE 8 or 9, of course the project boards could also be used for smaller iterations, but there not for say 5.3 of OpenMQ or other individual projects. Did you use something else on the project level at Tomitribe? Yes, we use it for some Tomitribe projects. They are indeed useful to have a big picture for a release for instance, what is being worked on. I'd be +1 to use them if we can.

The same board is also available inside each project. A nice feature close to JIRA links is a "requires" tag allowing to define some issues as show-stoppers for others and vice versa. Any other similar tools you would recommend? While the top level project is probably something the Platform project may find useful, other tools and "Kanban" extensions are probably up to individual projects like using Travis-CI or other tools if they find them helpful to their goals. If there are other alternatives that projects already use, please let us know, otherwise it may be more for individual project lists to discuss what may be useful. _______________________________________________ jakarta.ee-community mailing list jakarta.ee-community@xxxxxxxxxxx To change your delivery options, retrieve your password, or unsubscribe from this list, visit https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/jakarta.ee-community
