[iot-wg] New project proposal: Eclipse fog05 - open source fog computing

I am really excited to announce that we have a new project proposal for a project called Eclipse fog05 (pronounced "fog-O-S"), that aims at providing an open source, scalable, fog computing platform, to virtualize concerns like 'compute', 'storage', and 'communication'.

For people interested, Angelo Corsaro will be giving an introduction to the project during tomorrow’s Eclipse IoT Working Group call (agenda will follow shortly).
