Not really on purpose, and good catch, thanks! I think I like the grouping & positioning in the diagram better (i.e having App Enablement / API at the very top) than the text.
How about:

* Event Management and Analytics (layer before top) – scalable event processing capabilities, and abilities to consolidate and analyse data. 
* Application Enablement and Data Visualization (top layer) – ability to create reports, graphs, dashboards, etc. and to use API for application integration.
