Hi Benjamin,
I just had a look at the launched website with the latest changes.
What I noticed is that you have on „projects“ the categories „Standards“, „Frameworks“ and „Others“ - which looks good to me.
On the „frameworks“ side, you then split into „Frameworks for IoT Gateways“ and „Services“, which contradicts the categorization above. As mentioned, I am marketing Eclipse SmartHome clearly as a framework for home gateways. I cannot speak for EclipseSCADA, but "a set of tools that can be combined in many different ways“ would also qualify as a framework for me. So I wonder, if it would not be better to remove the (rather non-speaking) „Services“ headline completely?
Best regards, Kai
Thanks David, I have to admit that I didn't test thoroughly on IE10. I think I fixed the issue, please let me know if it's fine for you now.
Benjamin –
There is a small glitch with companies’ logos under IE10/Win8. See attached image. Regards, David Navarro As many of you know, over the course of the last few weeks we've been working on deploying several updates to the Eclipse IoT website, not only to make the design more "fresh", but also to make it easier for people to understand what Eclipse IoT, access our different resources, and of course learn more about the projects, etc. Please have a look and let me know your feedback and overall impressions. We would like to deploy the update in production next week. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel Corporation SAS (French simplified joint stock company) Registered headquarters: "Les Montalets"- 2, rue de Paris, 92196 Meudon Cedex, France Registration Number: 302 456 199 R.C.S.
