MQTT.fx and mqtt-spy are also both great tools, written in Java and based on Paho. MQTTLens is _javascript_ as a Chrome app, arguably more accessibly but requires a websocket-enabled MQTT server (I think?)

MQTTlens uses MQTT.js (and mows) so it actually works both for "pure" MQTT and for WebSockets :-)
