Unless your sample code itself is a derivative work of an existing Arduino
example licensed under LGPL (which would be a no-GO), I would assume that
you would simply need to ask your PMC to rely on Arduino libraries as an
exempt pre-req since we can assume that anyone targeting Arduino _would_
have the Arduino IDE and libs at hand.
