+1 from me for 0.3.0.
We do use Github issues to track changes in Paho, but I think
there is no way to have them show up in the release doc
automatically yet because that still works only with Bugzilla. It
would be nice if that changed sometime :-)

Okay, I've updated the review description with a
short list of the important user-facing changes.
I've been a bit careless tracking changes because a
lot of it is just behind the scenes development or
small bug fixes.
When I hit 1.0 I do intend to meticulously track
changes via the Issues list and generate change logs
using closed Issues.
I agree with Jens.
"This release includes major updates to functionality
in the stack, client SDK,
and server SDK. It is a stepping stone on the path to
1.0."
If there are major updates to functionality, then IMHO
it would we worthwhile
pointing out some of them. This may be as easy as
having an enumeration of new
features with one sentence describing what has
changed.
