Re: [iot-pmc] Concierge 1.0 release review

Hi,

A concrete example in the iot group - mosquitto had its first eclipse release as 1.4, having already had plenty of version history.

I fully share Jens view and arguments.
It does not have to be a 0.1.0 version though, I think anything below 1.0.0 is acceptible for a start. Afaik, many projects start with a 0.6.0 or 0.7.0.
