[interceptors-dev] About to release Interceptors 1.2.3

Hi,

I'd hereby like to declare our intention to release Interceptors 1.2.3.

This is the Jakarta EE version of Interceptors 1.2.2. (see https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/javax.interceptor/javax.interceptor-api/1.2.2)

Maven coordinates have changed, and some code formatting has been done, but no API changes have been made.

The new Maven coordinates will be:

 <groupId>jakarta.interceptor</groupId>

 <artifactId>jakarta.interceptor-api</artifactId>

 <version>1.2.3</version>
