Jeffrey Xie has stepped down as a committer. Thank you very much for your assistance in releasing this codebase to the open source community.

Thanks for your patience everyone as we attempt to restart this project. Our most recent efforts to nominate Andrea ... did not work out due to lack of response needed to add a new committer.

I have contacted Jeffrey Xie (CCed) to see if he is available. If he is not available, we have the option to retire his committer status in order to proceed.
