Committing update to EntryComposite to let File Entries be viewed as
editable drop-downs with a browse button.
Also updated the MOOSE Model to use a File Entry for the MOOSE
application, and load the tree by first creating the YAML and SYNTAX
files from that application in a manner that is hidden from the user.
