[henshin-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Nebras Nass

Voting will close on 2024-07-16 for the Committer election of Nebras Nassar
on project Henshin (modeling.emft.henshin).

Criteria:

It is my pleasure to nominate Nebras Nassar as a committer on Henshin.

Nebras has made several contributions to Henshin, most noteworthy the OCL2AC
feature: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Henshin/OCL2AC

The nomination as committer is to honor is previous contributions and also
allow him to contribute in the future. Nebras now works in industry and has
indicated interest in working on future Henshin releases.
