[hawk-dev] Upcoming release 2.1.0 of Hawk

Hi all,

Given that we have made a number of quality-of-life improvements in Hawk over these months, and that we have moved to Epsilon 2.2.0, Thrift 0.13.0 and Greycat 18, I think it'd be good to do a release now. I have requested an IP Log to be reviewed, and filed a 2.1.0 release plan here:

The Gitlab instance seems to be quite solid by now, and feature branches work pretty well there. I have moved our Bugzilla issues to Gitlab, and I have replaced all references to Bugzilla and Gitweb/Gitiles with links to the relevant parts of Gitlab. Too bad that CI is still not integrated, and I'd still like to have Docker images of Hawk in our CI at some point :-/.

Let me know if there's anything I may have missed before I ask the PMC to review the 2.1.0 release. Do you have any blockers that we should fix before a release?
