[gemini-dev] Maven repository for Gemini

Hi,

 

During today’s conf call I had been reporting about the latest development concerning a maven repository for eclipse.org, that could help the Gemini projects to host their artifacts. Here are some of the references:

 

Since my last inquiry end of January[1] the picture has changed considerably!

 

It now looks as if eclipse.org will be getting an (officially) supported and managed Maven repository in the near future. The details are being discussed on the dash-dev mailing list[2][3]. The is also a Bugzilla ticket[4].

 

The process does not look too complicated, it is described in the wiki [5].

 

The setup and processes are brand-new, so I would suggest to observe it and wait until the subject has settled down a bit.
