Hallo Dart,
this has been fixed in GEF 3.6, using the newly provided IClippingStrategy mechanism, i.e. by means of ViewportAwareConnectionLayerClippingStrategy ( http://wiki.eclipse.org/GEF_New_and_Noteworthy). You may take a look at the 3.6 logic example, where its use is demonstrated.
Cheers, Alexander

Please look the pictures in attaches.
1. I use a scrolled panel which contains some sub-figures , now I connect the sub-figures with the lines .
2. Move one of the sun-figures out of the parent figure.
I don't want to show the lines when the sub-figures was hidden in the parent figure. Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks!
best regards
