Hi everyone,

The ballot for Jakarta Faces 4.1 was successful, and I subsequently (as per the process) pushed the staged API artefacts to Maven Central. I additionally pushed Mojarra 4.1.0 to Maven central as well.

I'll now create the 4.0 maintenance branch from the current master and will merge 4.1 master then.
