[equinox-dev] Fw: Eclipse and Equinox Kepler M5a are available!

The respin to fix bug 399831 [1] is complete,
new downloads available, milestones repository site updated, and the common
repos files updated (though, not yet in 'staging' ... I'll promote late
tonight or early tomorrow, once an aggregation run that contains it ...
in plenty of time for M5 :).
