[equinox-dev] Tagged for 3.6.2 RC3

The launcher binaries have been recompiled
for gtk.linux.s390 & s390x for the 3.6.2 maintenance stream.
It is a multi-step manual process to
compile for these platforms which is why they weren't compiled at the same
time as all the other platforms.

following Bug changes:

to compile for S390(x) (NEW)
