Some additional participation opportunities:

- Multi-threaded downloads using ECF
- User interface for configuring/pausing/resuming/managing downloads
- Use/testing of bittorrent for downloads (and/or other protocols)
- Integration/UI of dynamic repository discovery, both in admin app and 
Eclipse
