I've just added initial support for categories of IU's
in a repo.

I did some cursory testing with dummy categories I generated in a hacked
up metadata generator.
I'm wondering if anyone more familiar with the metadata generator could
look at generating category IU's as described by an update site.

reading this who might know exactly what to do....
