[equinox-dev] New code released

I released some changes to the way that
the metadata generator is run as well as some refactorings of Repo abbreviations
and inconsistencies in class names.  Generator is now a real application
(no longer used the system properties) and should be somewhat simpler to
run/manage.  If you have old launch configs you will have to update
them.  I have updated the cannonical one in the project.  Note
that I also added various options to generate must the config units, not
gen the artifacts, ...
