Following Scott Lewis advices, I have updated our map files to point to the
most recent version of ECF.
This reduces the number of ECF bundles needed for the provisioning from 6
to 4.

In order to easily move to this new version I suggest you to delete all ecf
related projects from your workspace and then re-import the map files.
