It seems the releng tools did not update
the tag for the org.eclipse.equinox.executable.  I retagged for the
next build.  I'm currently using a patched version of releng tools
to test out some fixes needed for orbit.  I'm not sure if it was an
issue with that version or what.  For now I'm going back to using
the latest released version of releng tools for equinox tagging.

The map file has been updated for the
following Bug changes:
+ Bug 173962. [launcher] Create a console
friendly eclipse.exe (NEW)
+ Bug 176331. [Launcher] Startup fails
on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (FIXED)
+ Bug 183989. Unable to launch on I20070424-0930
