[equinox-dev] Status on provisioning

In order to facilitate development and testing, the focus has been put on
self-hosting. The goal is to be able to test the install process with
bundles contained in your workspace and target without having to export
those and then generate metadata for them.
Concretely the following work is / will be happening
- generation of metadata and artifact repository from the bundles available
in the workspace and the target
- generation of a profile from the set of bundles contained in the launch
configuration
- ability to connect to an eclipse update site using the metadata
repository API.
- rearrangement of the metadata shape to facilitate installation of bundles
and their configuration
