What build of Equinox are you running.
 There was a problem in Eclipse 3.2 M4 and earlier.
See bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=121332
Please try Eclipse 3.2 M5 build.

I try to run standalone Equinox OSGi on Mustang (Java 6) with DS. Everything
works fine on top of Java 5. But when with Mustang I get the following

It looks like something is going terribly wrong here. A SAXParserFactory
is
registered as a service (checked on the console). Any ideas?
