Due to the breaking changes mentioned below, people using
org.eclipse.core.runtime from HEAD should have resources from HEAD as well
(which is usually the case). Also, the resource properties dialog will only
work if (at least) org.eclipse.ui.ide is taken from HEAD too.

The compiler errors in org.eclipse.ui.ide were caused by breaking changes
introduced yesterday in org.eclipse.core.runtime. A patch will be sent
shortly to Platform/UI so the problem is fixed.
