it looks like only OSx systems with Java 1.7 installed are affected.

I'm not sure how many such setups exists in the world, maybe only my system :)

However it is not a DSL package issue but affects all other with PDE installed.

So I will turn my vote to 0, means if other packages will be published then

DSL should also be published.

It would be nice to publish M3 anyway so we get more feedback.

I don't know if it's because of my local setup,

but I can't create Plug-in projects.

I need to vote -1 at least as long as I know more about the issue I posted to eclipse-pde:
