This is a respin to make sure M3 launches on macOS. See Bug 575665 and 575666 for more details. Can someone please report back ASAP that this actually fixes the issue on macOS so that we can promote this. Note that the workaround means that we are using the Eclipse Platform/SDK splash screen until RC2 (it says Eclipse instead of Eclipse IDE).

AFAICT The Eclipse installer has not had its catalog updated for M3 yet, so I assume we have no conflict here and that it will be updated to M3a sooner or later. I base this on the oomph log not having a regenerate catalog commit for M3 https://git.eclipse.org/r/plugins/gitiles/oomph/org.eclipse.oomph/+log - therefore once I hear back about the launching working I will do the final promotion step (by running https://ci.eclipse.org/packaging/job/epp-makeVisible/)

macOS Notarization for Parallel cannot complete because part of org.eclipse.ptp and org.eclipse.remote contain not fully signed binary parts - bug 575655 has been raised.

I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.

Please consider waiting until a mirror closer to you has had time to replicate the file, to make this easier I added a _mirrors.php file in the release directory so you don't have to hunt for links to the mirror finder.

EPP was built with the p2 repositories at:

https://download.eclipse.org/staging/2021-09 and
https://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2021-09/202108271400/
