Hi,

Amalgam is not building packages but individual components helping in the integration (mostly from the UI perspective).
The Modeling package is built through EPP.

That being said, that's a nice improvement which can benefit many of our builds@obeo!

The improvement on Tycho side can be reused by any project that build a p2 repo to extract a subpart of it.
But I don't have an idea of another project that does that beyond EPP. Maybe Amalgam?
