[epp-dev] Mars.2 RC1 packages

Hi package maintainers,

today I carried out the updates of the copyright dates and incremented the version numbers before starting our Mars.2 RC1 build. Everything is built from the 'MARS' branch of the EPP Git repository. As always, I don't have any plans to publish this first warm-up RC1 on the download page, but it's worth to test the packages early to get an idea of the missing pieces in time before RC2.
