regarding a) - yes, sure, I'll write a mail to epp-dev very soon...

regarding b) - I've rebased the change on top of master and pushed it to Git. The change included an update of the feature.properties file which will be included in SR1, but not in the package to be released next week (because it would require a rebuild).

I wanted to go ahead and address Bug 437271 [1] myself and push the
changed epp.website.xml to Gerrit, but I couldn't find the place where
the "This packages includes" list [2] is defined.

I am curious how that list is derived. Can you enlighten me please.
