This automatically generated message signals that Steffen Pingel has
nominated Tomasz Zarna as a Committer on the technology.packaging project.
The reason given is as follows:

I would like to transfer ownership of the Java package to Tomasz Zarna.

Tomasz is a long term Eclipse committer with an excellent track record on
several projects. He is taking over management of release train
participation for Mylyn and is in the best position to maintain the Java
package going forward. 

I will stay involved and provide guidance where needed.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 18 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Tomasz Zarna must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
