Hi Ian,

Although not resolved..  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=408955
   is getting some attention,
and we could make RC1 available with this restriction. (fails on IBM 64
bit JVM)
The JEE package is +1 without this issue.

as communicated on this mailing list last Friday [1] "Eclipse for
Testers" RC1 is currently in an unusable state.
