That's correct, and even that would be an exception because we usually add packages only together with the Simultaneous Release in June. Let's discuss this on the bug once it is available. :-)
+1 for the DSL package but if I recall we don't add new packages
until SR1. Correct?

I took this as an opportunity to update the wiki page a
bit. It's not yet complete, but it doesn't contain any
outdated information any more. In case you need help, just
ask via bugzilla or on this mailing list here.
And... a package dedicated to DSL developers sounds like a
great addition!
the EPP stuff is now in git,
but i don't know of other major changes.
Markus Knauer will be very
helpful. Wiki page says to make a bugzilla
request, he will probably advise there.
Feel free to update the wiki
page with what you find to be current info.
