Hi *,

I've taken the 'Tentative Plan' from the EPP proposal at 
http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/packaging/ and created the mentioned version 
and milestones in bugzilla. Now you can enter the version and assign a 
specific milestone.

All old bugs are updated.

If you feel the need for other components (currently 'Installer' 
and 'Packager') in the EPP product, or if you need other bugzilla changes, 
please tell me.
