The fix is a work in progress. We are working on a general fix by adding
the concept of linked diff elements to require their merger to be called
when merging the source diff. We will propose a patch to this bug quite
soon.

Not yet. We have a bunch of patch to submit to the mainstream Eclipse
git. I will post a message on this ML as soon as it will be available
from the update site.
