Crontab updated such that all 4 will run an RC3 build, regardless of
presence of cvs changes.
Shall I force GEF, JET, and UML2 to build even if there's no new bits too?

Aside from more churn and more stuff to clean up during final freeze
week, plus a lot of empty entries in the Release Notes (which can be
purged by hand if required), I see no issue with that.
So, on Tuesday, shall OCL and Query skip RC2 and go directly to RC3?
