A committer election for Padmanabha Bhat on project Eclipse Project for
Concurrency Utilities (ee4j.cu) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this
criteria:

Bhat is an Oracle employee working on Concurrency Utilities project. He's
been participating in transferring several other EE4J project to the Eclipse
Foundation. I am highly recommending Vinay and believe that he is a valuable
addition to Concurrency Utilities team.
